Return Policy 

You can request a return within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receiving the product.

The products to be returned must have the label, with the hygienic protector in perfect condition, and all accessories that accompany it without any indication of use. Please include your receipt with the return.  

When we receive your return, it will be sent for analysis, so that we can make sure that the general conditions described above have been met. The deadline for this analysis will be up to 3 days.
