    Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

    You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving your order. The product must be in the same condition as when it was shipped, with all tags and hygienic protectors intact, and showing no signs of wear or use.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

    Return Shipping Label: upon receiving your return/exchange request, we will provide you with a return shipping label within three business days. Please affix this label to the package when returning the item.
